ABOUT US

Little Birnam Kitchen all began in 2019 but our love of baking started long before that... 

​

Years spent living all over France and sampling the finest pastries and bakes, many winters spent baking for hungry skiers in independent Alpine chalets, half a lifetime of hobby cake-making for family and friends, as well as an ever expanding collection of baking equipment and recipe books... Some might have predicted that it was only a matter of time before our love of baking would, one day, lead way to our very own business!

Now based in the picturesque Highland Perthshire village of Birnam, we pour our passions into creating delicious seasonally inspired cakes and bespoke celebration cakes, chocolate brownies, handcrafted chocolates and other seasonal sweet treats for our local customers, businesses, weddings and events, as well as for our online customers based all over the UK.  We do it all from our dedicated baking studio located at our home premises.

We take as much pride in presenting and packaging our creations as we do baking them, making them the perfect gift, fit for a special occasion, or even just as a treat to yourself.

Our specialty bake is our Belgian chocolate brownies,  available to order by the box and also as a monthly brownie box subscription and can be posted throughout the UK, bringing a little taste of our Highland Perthshire kitchen directly to your door!
